All sessions are confidential and conducted via Zoom or telephone. A Zoom link will be sent upon receipt of payment.

Refund policy

Please note that I do not offer refunds after readings. During your session, my time and expertise are fully dedicated to you.

Please note that I do not offer refunds if you miss your reading. I have a 10-minute waiting period. I completely understand that life happens, but if I don't hear from you, I reserve the right to cancel your session. If you think you’ll be late, please email me at queenauset728 (at) gmail.com and let me know. Please DO NOT send me a message through social media concerning your reading.

Please note that if you miss your reading and want to reschedule you will have to pay the full price again.. If you schedule a reading, then forget that you’ve scheduled the reading and miss it, but want to reschedule you will have to pay for the rescheduled reading.

Please note that I do not offer refunds for gift certificates. This means that if you buy a gift certificate for a friend and the friend never books a reading or never contacts me to schedule a reading, you will not receive a refund.

 

Cancellation policy

I have a 48-hour notice period for cancelled readings. If you do not give sufficient notice, you will not receive a refund and will have to pay the full fee if you want to reschedule. Please contact me as soon as possible if you can’t keep your appointment.
